Kick-off meeting of Hitachi ARG's Klima-Akademie
The Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Group (ARG) of Hitachi Europe GmbH, Düsseldorf, recently held the grand opening of their new training room, ‘Hitachi Klima-Akademie – Room to be Inspired’.
This new facility can hold approximately 25 people and will enable both ARG and its customers to take part in training courses on various Hitachi ARG products, including SetFree, Utopia, the indoor unit system FreeSystem, RAC indoor and outdoor units and on how the heat pump Yutaki works. Attendees are able to ask specific questions about technology and installation and take an in-depth look at the products.
The new training room is a clear sign that Hitachi ARG is expanding its service and support to its customers. Due to the growing dealer network in Germany, which hit a total of 50 in March 2009, ARG had to celebrate the grand opening on two separate occasions in order to fit everybody in!
On 3rd and 30th of April, business partners and regional dealers had time to put the Hitachi Klima-Akademie to the test. Besides showing the total line-up of products, the course instructors offered detailed information about heat pumps AquaFree and Yutaki as well as the high-class room air-conditioning unit SX Premium, which was launched to the German market in May. Guests took their time to carefully examine the units and to discuss current projects. The event ended with a show and dinner evening.
