The Hitachi BladeSymphony® 320 chassis packs ten two-socket Intel® Xeon® processor 5500 series servers into a modest 6U chassis. Despite its small form-factor, the BladeSymphony 320 does not compromise on functionality:
4Gbps FibreChannel switching
Layer 3 Ethernet switching with 1Gbps and 10Gbps uplinks, or Ethernet pass-through
Hitachi's high-availability N+M cold-standby feature
Fully redundant components throughout
Web console for chassis management
Remote KVM over IP for server management as standard
With a maximum configured chassis weight of 98kg, the BladeSymphony 320 is equally at home in a densely-packed data centre or a remote branch-office.
