Single product solutions are embedded in larger context, network and service environments. They are the tangible human interface to interact with services and infrastructures, creating a valid and fulfilling sensory experience of human interaction with product and service solutions. HDCE is working in a responsible manner in the field of UX Design and business incubation. Trend researches, advanced design scenarios and electronic crafting for tangible prototypes are some of the methods we are applying. In the context of operational Innovation management globally, HDCE has taken the lead implementing Design Thinking driving a sustainable business incubation process in house. Our Designers strength is the human centred approach, with complex problem solving - moderate multi disciplinary teams and the capability to visualise comprehensive scenarios and business models.
Hitachi has a wide range of AV/TV and consumer products worldwide. In respect to the cultural differences, Hitachi products and solutions designed in Europe are different than the ones in Japan or the rest of the world. HDCE, in close collaboration with Design Division Japan is executing design concept studies, industrial design development and local production co-ordination in Europe.
