How does the Hitachi Europe recruitment process work?
We do not have a typical recruitment process at Hitachi as it depends on the role. However, we usually arrange initial stage telephone interviews between candidates and the relevant hiring manager. We would usually then follow up with at least one face to face interview with the hiring manager, or department representative, as well as a representative from the HR department.
