Hitachi, Ltd. (NYSE: HIT / TSE:6501) today announced that the Board of Directors decided on a plan for the year-end dividend for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2012 as shown below in view of earnings performance and other factors. The year-end dividend is scheduled to be finally authorized by the Board of Directors in May 2012.
